Revised forecast for the fiscal year 2024, now changed to a calendar year basis (January to December).
On July 12, 2024, NX Research Institute announced the latest version of its quarterly publication "Economic and Freight Transport Outlook" as "Economic and Freight Transport Outlook for Fiscal Year 2024 (Revised)." In this outlook, the forecast for freight transport volume for fiscal year 2024 (year-on-year growth rate) has been revised. Additionally, the fiscal period has been changed from the previous accounting year (April to March) to the NX fiscal year (January to December).
